Mr. Harris joined the company in March 2016 as Director of Talent Development. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources as of November 2016. In February 2023, he was promoted again to Chief Human Resources Officer.
He is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Education from Indiana University. He is also a graduate of Purdue’s Continuing Ed School of Agricultural Banking and former faculty member for the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.
