The company is big on their vision and goal forgeting that the employ humans with different need and background. I don't believe they train some of their management staff on how to deal with human capital issues.

Process reviews need to be done. Grade reviews need to be considered

Investigation tool work 90% of the time other wise as a digital platform they inconsistent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They know how to do their job. They fail to manage mental issued employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They believe they flexible to change how ever they run a demand and control business! (at least where I am)
