What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ownership they give the individual. Innovation is our blood and they drive it everyday for us to offer the best solutions for our customers.

Our executive management team is hands-on, innovative, and more importantly-they sincerely care. For a growing bank our size, the fact that our leadership team is intimately involved and cares about each employee is virtually unprecedented. Worked at bigger banks and wouldn't trade FNB for anything.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is matching my pension contribution %, the bursary to further my studies and staff rates (loans, housing, vehicle finance & transactional banking).

FNB values all employees, especially those who make significant contributions and rewards them fairly (from what I have seen). Incentives are structured to encourage the right behavior.

Allows me to be creative, think outside the box and the fact that they are very helpful, they have the spirit of ubuntu and very effective.
