What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health insurance was GREAT and very afforable. Pay was above average even for entry level roles. They help you pay off your student debt putting $100 towards it per month as soon as you start. $150 wellness stipen each quarter for ANYTHING remotely wellness related. 401k match from the start 6%+

Compensation is great benefits are great
Bonuses are adequate but salary has been an issue due to moving up within the company and not coming from outside the organization. Outside the org has allowed some to argue for higher comp, compared to percentage restrictions moving laterally or vertically within the company.
