Horrible. Forced to work on one of your days off. Never really know what time uoure getting off of work due to add ons and schedule changes. Dispatchers are constantly and consistently on a power trip. Little to no response and/or follow through by management. Constant threat of losing position.

Co-workers are great. Management is less great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more drivers. Positive reenforcement rather than punishment attitude.

Scheduling and hiring more drivers.

Completly dispensable. Made to feel less self-worth. Compensation is below industry average. Stressful environment to work at.
