Listening to its employees. Responding to its employees needs and concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual Bonus package based on locations performance
Free healthcare insurance.. Can't get no better than that.
401k and paid vacation and holiday pay
The best part is vacation and 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completly dispensable. Made to feel less self-worth. Compensation is below industry average. Stressful environment to work at.
Health insurance provides abysmal quality of care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers are great. Management is less great.
They know how to greet you and ask how I’m doing. Not to many express a negative attitude

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no clear guidelines, training should be much better, many employees are under-qualified and not properly trained for the tasks they're performing, there is no cross training or back-up for key personnel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great teamwork caring fo the tight thing.
Opportunities to advance are adequate.
Its a very clean and positive environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more drivers. Positive reenforcement rather than punishment attitude.

Quick response and fast tracking

It's fine, just very bureaucratic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with different customers each day.
Just being able to go to a job with positive energy

Stop, look and listen to the employees
Scheduling and hiring more drivers.
Managers need to do a better job of providing clear expectations and adequate/ongoing training.
