Health insurance provides abysmal quality of care.

It's fine, just very bureaucratic.

Managers need to do a better job of providing clear expectations and adequate/ongoing training.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Company culture allows time to socialize and communicate, take an interest in each other. Leadership is accessible with an open door policy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are no clear guidelines, training should be much better, many employees are under-qualified and not properly trained for the tasks they're performing, there is no cross training or back-up for key personnel.
