Listening to its employees. Responding to its employees needs and concerns.

Completly dispensable. Made to feel less self-worth. Compensation is below industry average. Stressful environment to work at.
Health insurance provides abysmal quality of care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no clear guidelines, training should be much better, many employees are under-qualified and not properly trained for the tasks they're performing, there is no cross training or back-up for key personnel.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more drivers. Positive reenforcement rather than punishment attitude.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's fine, just very bureaucratic.

Stop, look and listen to the employees
Scheduling and hiring more drivers.
Managers need to do a better job of providing clear expectations and adequate/ongoing training.
