John W. Judge — Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Corporate Risk at FirstEnergy

Mr. John W. Judge has been the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Corporate Risk at FirstEnergy Corp. since August 1, 2012. Mr. Judge served as Vice President of Supply Chain at FirstEnergy Corp. until August 1, 2012. Mr. Judge served as Director of Integrated Business Planning of FirstEnergy Corp. since September 2, 2007 and served as its Director of Supply Chain since November 1, 2009. Mr. Judge served as Director of Commodity Supply Planning of FirstEnergy Solutions, since 2004 until September 2007. Mr. Judge joined FirstEnergy in 1998 as a senior staff business analyst. He served as manager of Cross Business Initiatives. In 2001, he served as director of Business Solutions and he was named director of Gas Product Line in 2003. Mr. Judge held positions in corporate development and product portfolio management of Bell Atlantic. Mr. Judge is a member of the graduate faculty at the University of Akron where he teaches in the Finance department. He is also a member of the United Way's Community Investment Review Team. Mr. Judge received a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and international studies from the University of Miami and earned a master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
