What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the accessibility of our leadership and knowing that it's relatively easy to reach out and discuss things with them.
They are transparent, empathetic, and down to earth.
camaraderie, helpful, supportive, collaborative, everyone shares the same sense of ownership and passion for the company, highly accountable, intelligent individuals with diverse skills and talents.
Leadership team is smart and approachable. They have solid plans that give confidence about the future. A group you feel good working with.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefit of receiving monthly wine credits is great to help better experience the customer-facing side of Firstleaf.
It is fairly distributed and transparent
Location agnostic wfh policy allows flexibility.
Quarterly home office stipend to help us maintain a healthy work environment at home.
The lowest cost option of health care is fully paid by the company, no employee premiums.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better health insurance and company perks would be greatly appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We come from varying backgrounds and experiences, so this makes growing and working together easier. It also feels like a second family because we do get the opportunity to get to know each other.
Super smart people with a sense of humor.
Highly creative, problem-solvers, work well autonomously and collaboratively as needed, dedicated, accountable, and reliable. They are fun to be around, work with, and engage with. We are like a little family, we've all got each other's backs.
Very smart coworkers who come from a diverse background. Highly motivated, a lot of cross-departmental work and other teams working to help where they can.
We help each other. Not a lot of big egos here. Global team of genuinely nice people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about things at Firstleaf are the openness to new ideas and change.
The diversity of culture and nationallity
Team spirit. Everyone brings their best self forward, and encourages the same in others. Building ownership, accountability, and transparency in everything we do, from the top down.
People are down to earth, driven, smart, and creative.
Openness and recognition. It's a fast growing company so there's a lot of changes and projects, but accomplishments are publicly celebrated and acknowledged.

I got to meet a lot of people
Transparency. Company was open and honest about the current position of the company, what they needed in the position and what the role would look like.

How I can easily balance my life schedule with my work schedule
The people I work with.
The people, the work itself, and the overall ongoing dialogue throughout the company.
Working for a smaller growing company that doesn't feel like the typical corporate grind. You know so many people outside of your immediate team, even working fully remote.
My teammates are great. Work is flexible -allows me to have solid work/life balance
