We acknowledge that we are a team, and work together. There is no separation. Every one is treated equally
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter at the time (Tracy) was very nice, and made me feel comfortable right away. It was like talking to a friend after a short while. I loved her enthusiasm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no gossip mill, everyone is kind to one another. The manager has an open door policy, so if there are any issues that arise, they are handled in a professional and respectful manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My property manager is supportive and the most knowledgeable I've seen thus far. Because of the manager that she is, myself and my coworkers are loyal and motivated to continue working hard day after day.
