They are clueless and treat employees like numbers as opposed to basing their pay on one's quality of work.
They promised me to have a good raise every year when I got hired. But it was not true. The company increased 2%, which is even less than the inflation.

Hire your own people, never involve a board, as a company you have certain goals and missions, the GM at Sun, Lakes country club does not fulfill first service, residential management leader ship. We need captains that can lead the ship not be led.
