What I like best about the leadership team is their transparency and open communication. They consistently share updates, priorities, and challenges with the team, which builds trust and helps everyone stay aligned and motivated.

We meet daily, every morning which is a greaf way for our team to have a look on our daily activities at each of our communities and ask questions! My direct manager, is easy to work with and gets down on my level to share their experiences and helps me learn from her directly.

My property manager is supportive and the most knowledgeable I've seen thus far. Because of the manager that she is, myself and my coworkers are loyal and motivated to continue working hard day after day.
