Our Healthcare plan is fantastic and automatically covers my children.
Pay is far from a living wage, barely above the minimum. Benefits are too expensive and I'm better off paying out of pocket for doctor's visits.
A pay increase. They are doing sign on bonuses but nothing for the current employees

Everyone at every level in the organisation is approachable. I could comfortably have a conversation with our front line agents and then hop on to a call with members of the board without changing my approach
Managers need to be changed. No point in suggestions because your not take it seriously. But mark my words they need to changed once that's gone . See the profit you get.
They need to treat their employees like they want them to stick around.
The interview process was short and sweet. Very simple and very vague. Only lasted about 15 minutes.

There was a practical test, a competency interview and a presentation. This allowed me to be prepared for some of the interview and allowed the interviewer to see how differently I act when I'm unprepared
