What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy approachable and great support.
The help they give us
great leadership and is forward thinking
Leadership is lacking in many ways. The department gets away with a lot of nonsense.

They need to get better trainers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary is market average or better
Our Healthcare plan is fantastic and automatically covers my children.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is far from a living wage, barely above the minimum. Benefits are too expensive and I'm better off paying out of pocket for doctor's visits.
A pay increase. They are doing sign on bonuses but nothing for the current employees
They should call me back to office. I dint wanna quit. It was by force
I have not recieved my check yet and i was suppose to get it on 09/16/ 2021 nd havent recieved it yet

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together most the time
I had the best team and the best team leader.
How supportive they all are
We work strategically and challenge each other. I know that only my best work will pass my colleagues scrutiny, in return I have a responsibility to ensure they give the same.
They are super friendly and helpful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Th of the country were watching the same thing
Nothing with me because I got my computer late so I was late interacting with everyone
They need to be more responsible with their work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage each other to succeed
I work from home so its comfortable

The open environment we have to create a positive culture
Everyone at every level in the organisation is approachable. I could comfortably have a conversation with our front line agents and then hop on to a call with members of the board without changing my approach
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to be changed. No point in suggestions because your not take it seriously. But mark my words they need to changed once that's gone . See the profit you get.
They need to treat their employees like they want them to stick around.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was short and sweet. Very simple and very vague. Only lasted about 15 minutes.
It was a phone interview and was fast
They asked us to be confident. They make us feel friendly
There was a practical test, a competency interview and a presentation. This allowed me to be prepared for some of the interview and allowed the interviewer to see how differently I act when I'm unprepared

When I get a break away from calls
Working place which they newly designed
Being a part of the culture and knowing that everyone can help shape change. Nobody here speaks louder than they listen and I love that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Trainers, Management, Team leads,people in general
Management is weak and the employees take advantage of it
We need better training and computers that work.
