We work strategically and challenge each other. I know that only my best work will pass my colleagues scrutiny, in return I have a responsibility to ensure they give the same.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a practical test, a competency interview and a presentation. This allowed me to be prepared for some of the interview and allowed the interviewer to see how differently I act when I'm unprepared
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at every level in the organisation is approachable. I could comfortably have a conversation with our front line agents and then hop on to a call with members of the board without changing my approach
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The development culture within Firstsource is like no other company I have worked for. This is the only company that I have ever stayed with for over 5 years. The organisation moves at speed and if you're willing and able to hang on it's a great journey
