- What did you like most about the interview process?It was entirely focused on my experience and what I wanted to bring to the table. And they got back to me so quickly about it. They didn't require lots of interviews and jumping through many hoops. It was quick and straightforward. And it worked great because I'm still here.
- What makes you most happy at work?The freedom I have to do my job without worrying about little things. There's a great sense of safety and trust here. I get to do my best work and get recognized for it. And when I'm done with work, I can turn it off and focus on my family.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is so kind, and they take the time to be open and honest about what they're working on and why it matters. It's a pleasure to work with everyone at Fishbowl. There are no cliques or barriers of communication. The openness of every team is a great asset.
