Good team, hard work but fun

I have been working here for a year and a half in a website and content support role. The benefits are better than you can find almost anywhere. Company seems to be very invested in employees and retention.

Great benefits. Understanding and engaged management. Great collaboration between departments.

Just okay, things seem to have gotten worse the past 4 years

Long working hours, no flexibility, no options for remote work. Redundancy in work, a lot of turnover in 2020-2021 leaving most departments understaffed.

Ken Fisher developed a team oriented culture.

Strong leadership engaged with the employees that also emphasizes continuous learning and development of the employees.

Listening to their employees would be nice

Keep employees needs in mind when making decisions. Consult employees and trust them.

Entirely focused on sales , zero regard for clients

Cover 100% of health insurance premiums. Match $.50 on the dollar in retirement program up to max.

At my previous company the health insurance premiums (health, vision, dental) were over $1200/month to cover my family. At Fisher my health insurance premiums are $0.

Billingual employees fo twice the works but get paid the same as everyone else. We should get paid more.

Overworked, no flexibility. Pay not commensurate with demanding work.

Diverse and domestically and internationally disbursed, however, with the inclusivity, employee engagement and support, you don't feel the distance.

The comradery and collaboration even though we are geographically disbursed.

Inclusiveness and communication from top to bottom of the organizational chart.

Nothing is positive about the culture. Company is stuck in the past.

I did most of my interviews in one day.

Questions asked. No ridiculous questions ... however some that would make you think.

Interview is standard in industry,
