Review from Sales Dept

Decent priced health, vision and dental insurance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not getting minimum wage with no bonus.

Review from Sales Dept

Raises and PTO I just recently found out I had sick pay

Getting paid more considering i do the management teams job

Pay rate is way, way below average. I deserve more for the work I put in.

For a manager does not be yelling at us on the floor in front of customers

I deal with customers all the time and don't have time to clean the store as there are usually two people working in the store. I can't keep up and it's only $11.00? I'm definitely going somewhere else and putting my two weeks in.

Review from Sales Dept

better training and knowing roles in position

I make $16 an hour and bascially function as a GM without the title. To five Below this is normal. Managers are expected to take everything on while getting out two pallets a day. It's insane. With experience I became the only person in the store who knew how to actually manage the store.

My location is basicly the redheaded step child out of the district. We are the oldest store we constantky have problems (turnover of emploees, theft almost every day).

Better general and district managers.

They allways cheat us out of time and sending us home then double working us.

pay is low, based on market value, if you have been there a while. looking at pay grades and compensation is something the company is looking toward.

Being treated with respect and value of hard work.

$13 an hour as a full time support lead simply is not enough. Theres HEB cashiers making $15 starting

I work my butt off for this company and I'm always having unpleasant conversations with our district Manger I feel like that work that I have done acting as an SM since we haven't had one and I have not been properly trained in my position I was just thrown to the wolves

For what I did I should have been paid more.

If the employee got paid for what they actually do instead of just on the title.

Cost of living is higher where i live. Assistant managers are making almost what im making as a store manager

Better pay for those with experiences

Review from Sales Dept

The store is very busy majority of the time and there is constantly loads of work to do and the pay is so little compared to the effort the job requires. I would feel better with my pay if they didn't require so much from employees.
