What do you like best about the leadership team?

We understand each other , always work as a team

How we are able to work together

Alot of fun and welcoming

Easy to get along with,,clear on job request..

They’re all on the same team and just trying to get stuff done even our district manager works freight and stores when need

Comfort growth excitement salary culture

We communicate openly and freely

Very organized easy to talk to love working there

Work together as a team and we figure out what best for us

The communication is top notch

Review from Sales Dept

They are all clear on specifications and if I need help they have no problem showing me how to go something

The store managers are great the upper management is horrible

They pay attention to detail

Working hard at five below is pointless. Hard work is no rewarded it is prayed upon. The only great thing about five below is the team and relationships that are fostered through collective customer service trauma. But you can work with great people... anywhere.

Very approachable , down to earth people

They have alot of good ideas and are really creative

They always there with an ear to listen and give great advice.... Stand together

We are a family and are treated that way.

The mm manger is the best

The amount of fun we have

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually working, managing, helping, caring, etc.

Communication and understanding that we work hard with what we have. They should try to be more understanding of how difficult it is to work at a store when you are understaffed

Communication and actually filling there management roles

Communication, And the managers need to get the same Repercussions as the employees. Also I think store manager should be timing in and out because a lot of them do not work there forty five hours a week

Talking to a varriety of people from different backgrounds and realize that all your employees are also customers so it should be your priority to see they feel comfortable and respected.

finding competent management and keeping them

Being decent human beings as a whole.

Taliking to there employers better

Better training and communication and professionalism skills to support employees.

Your district managers are absolutely terrible at diagnosing issues in the store

The 3 Cs need to be present in the kansas city metro market and our district manager needs to be more involved with the stores that have no store manager and he needs to deal with concerns from staff better

Store manager needs to get off her high horse and do her job.

1. Training 2. standards manual and documentation on expectations sent to every store.

Communication, and providing clearer instructions

Review from Sales Dept

stop worrying about only themselves and work on better communication with their staff.

Work things out professionally and not become verbally aggressive to their team

Review from Sales Dept

Communication with employees was lacking.

Review from Sales Dept

Leaving everything for the people under them and not doing their own part around the store.

My manager does nothing. She leaves notes to do simple tasks that would take her no more time than it did to write the note. She gives attitude to customers on a daily basis. She takes home damages that should he thrown away. She runs personal errands on company time. She should not have a job.

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding how stores actually run. They are so far removed sometimes, that they make decisions that do not make any sense.
