They’re all on the same team and just trying to get stuff done even our district manager works freight and stores when need
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually working, managing, helping, caring, etc.
Communication and understanding that we work hard with what we have. They should try to be more understanding of how difficult it is to work at a store when you are understaffed
Communication and actually filling there management roles
Communication, And the managers need to get the same Repercussions as the employees. Also I think store manager should be timing in and out because a lot of them do not work there forty five hours a week
Talking to a varriety of people from different backgrounds and realize that all your employees are also customers so it should be your priority to see they feel comfortable and respected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting check and being in about gettin out debt and to go back to college for financial advisor or financial specialist or career coach new future does not needed to fail financially.

Not getting minimum wage with no bonus.

Pay rate is way, way below average. I deserve more for the work I put in.

What are some of the best things about your team?
There fun and about business the get things done fast and safely. They make everyone feel welcome I can't say that I am all time but as long as their good then I get a joy in that. They help each other and still uphold the meeting goals and making new one

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the manager has patience with me and that they uphold to the open door policy.
the most i liked about the interview is when i told her about myself and she said that it was really good and she gave me choices on days i would like to work.
I liked walking in and right away they had it set up. They got right to the point and the interview went fast.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They will literally hire ANYONE. They need to actually look into who they're hiring.
Ask them if one of their pasttimes include taking five finger discounts.
Noy my place to make the company be more successful. They should have all this in the book already.

Making money still being to being in workforce that believes that people can chance and use their worst asset their best for someone else like what I not strong at they will be. Work make it better for me to be better and get things done with dependencies of other companies that gave up me.

Better upper management and better pay for associates. Also more realistic expectations
