They are always leaving employees alone to run the store by themselves!!! They over work minors on school nights!! A poor young lady had to run the store on her own for hours while a delivery truck came! They have no security cameras to make sure the employees are safe in case of an incident!! Osha!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My manager does nothing. She leaves notes to do simple tasks that would take her no more time than it did to write the note. She gives attitude to customers on a daily basis. She takes home damages that should he thrown away. She runs personal errands on company time. She should not have a job.
