They want everyone to succed even if its like someone leaving for school
What makes you most happy at work?
The kids that come in and ask about slime lickers or other toys/candy. Seeing and making a kid or adukt happy makes my day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My location is basicly the redheaded step child out of the district. We are the oldest store we constantky have problems (turnover of emploees, theft almost every day).
