I was asked personal questions that we not job related. it made me feel like the company wanted to know the real me and not just my skills
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The store is very busy majority of the time and there is constantly loads of work to do and the pay is so little compared to the effort the job requires. I would feel better with my pay if they didn't require so much from employees.
