Treat your employees fairly and listen to what they have to say, have a better understanding of what you want for your company. Like multiple reviewers have mentioned, value workers who work hard and want the company to thrive, not only the ones who kiss up to you.
Leadership overreaches, communicates poorly, overloads the team, and doesn't offer employees anonymity/owenership... all at the same time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No stock options offered - which is pretty crazy considering how new Five Four is to the e-comm space and how much they are trying to grow.

Exec team rides the employees pretty hard. It's not conducive to good work output or happiness.
