What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager doea what a manager is supposed to do; enable his team to work at their potential. Understanding different personalities and how best a person can thrive in the work that he does.
Clear goals and objectives, very organized and structured when it comes to prioritization
They communicate often their goals and our progress toward them, and any changes needed.
Open communication during all-hands meeting and transparency about the company's position.
Transperancy, and trust in the team to do the right thing

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are comprehensive and pay is competitive
Sign on equity was good, base salary can be a bit better though.
Salary and Options are exactly what I was looking for
The best part is the equity/stock options grant.
Work life balance is prioritized
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wfh stipend is not competitive. However I like that our base insurance is 100% covered!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're extremely kind and smart. I learn a lot from them and their help.
very helpful and embody the "1 team 1 dream" motto
It always feels like someone is willing to help
They seem really open to helping each other.
Great engineering mindset, willingness to coach/help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is data driven, but can be a little slow
Everyone is ready to work hard and does really good and professional work, but they also know the value of having fun at the company as well.
People are open to take time to explain things, no finger pointing, high collaboration on the team
Everyone is valued as a person and differences are appreciated!

Delivering good code and dashboards to my stakeholders and solving their problems with my data
Learning opportunities, clear career growth
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do not like the feeling of starting with zero in regards to trust, makes me feel like I'm not actually needed.
