What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the company is being run into the ground.
There is a lot of uncertainty and chaos at the moment. The introduction of a 13th month has put a lot of team members in mental limbo. It has been challenging to get excited and motivate the teams without clarity and strong executive leadership

Its honestly unacceptable to fire 5% in october and then tell folks they reduced burn enough but then end up culling another 20% just 4 months later. Bill Gurley has always maintained the right philosophy when it comes to cutting is "measure twice and cut once" -> cut once, cut deeper than you have.

Do not like the feeling of starting with zero in regards to trust, makes me feel like I'm not actually needed.
I wants to change my career path. In Fivetran it's highlighted that's possible. Actually managers never decline requests, but the culture of company is that if somebody politely agree with you, mostly s(he) disagree with you. Which means no trust

What do you like best about your company?
the flexibility of work-life balance / the mentality around having a life outside of work and prioritizing family/health/etc. I also how exciting our product is and how easy it is to recruit talented new teammates!!
