What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Levels, roles and seniority never get in the way of tackling a project. Everyone truly embodies a 1 Team 1 Dream mentality, with high level leaders always willing to get their hands dirty and lower-level ICs having the opportunity to contribute towards strategy and direction.
