Frequently Asked Questions About Flatiron Health

  • Date: December 6th, 2019

    Version:2.8.1.151 -2.8.1.153

    OncoEMR:

Fixed an issue that in some situations caused an incorrect date to populate in the Immunization History Registry Preferences editor on the Summary page.

Adjusted search field name from SYC Email to Email within OncoEMR patient search > more options.

Fixed a bug where MD Visits with a value for sSchedulerResource do not appear on the right side of the Scheduler.

Fixed an issue where marking the Remove Future Orders button when marking a patient deceased removes orders that occurred on the day of the patient's death. This now only removes future dated orders.

Group Inboxes - Currently if a user removes the checkbox "Requires Authorization" on an order, the Group Inbox items associated with that order in the past remain in Group Inbox. Going forward, the orders do not get pulled into Group Inbox.

We now validate the order control code ( ORC-1 ) on outbound radiology orders interfaces to make sure that the sequence of messages is per the HL7 standard [NW/New Order followed by SC/Status Change] and [CA/Canceled followed by NW/New Order or SC/Status Change based on a configurable interface setting].

Optimized Visit List page load to improve performance in some cases

Resolved an issue where multiple Practice libraries (PRACTICE and Practice) were available for Regimen Promotion in the regimen edit workflow.

Resolved an issue where certain vaccine doses would display with a trailing zero (e.g. 200.0 mL or 0.50 mL). These zeros will now be removed to help reduce confusion (e.g. 200 mL or 0.5 mL).

Added an alert to the 'new flowsheet generation' workflow to inform users when a max dose cap has been applied. The alert includes the original calculated dose, as well as the maximum cap that was applied.

Introduced the ability to suspend user accounts from the user profile, disabling log in but keeping the Inbox active.

    OncoBilling:

Restrict clinicians from inappropriately selecting consult codes for commercial payors as needed through a new insurer level setting (Use Medicare E&M Codes). Several commerical payors are no longer willing to pay on consult codes and this checkbox will prevent clinicians from being able to select these codes based on the patient's primary insurance

Replaced the Payments window in Demographics to make it easier to view patient payments and identify how payments have been allocated. Key improvements include:

Display of Payment Allocations:Each payment displays the tickets it has been allocated to. Payments that have been allocated display an arrow ">" in the left-hand column. Clicking on this arrow will display the tickets onto which the payment has been applied.

Improved user experience:A significantly cleaner page layout making it easier to browse payments, along with the ability to quickly filter payments by keyword.

    OncoEMR System Reports:

CareSpace Registration Management:Added summary table to display the number of invitations sent per user

MIPS 2019 PI Dashboard:Fixed issue when computing the group score denominator for Provide Patient Access measure
