What did you like most about the interview process?

Quick and painless. Should have known something was up when they wanted me in there that fast.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus, small 401K match, was fair medical, dental, vision, but those costs are increasing up and a number of other perks were removed in 2019.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop reducing the workforce of the skilled employees and hiring fresh out of college. The bottom line looks fabulous but the customers and staff suffer.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Out with the old and in with the new. There's no business continuity planning, they just hope the new folks can come up to speed quickly and that the customers don't notice. New offerings are shouted from the rooftops, but other offerings are quietly shelved.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They change priorities on a dime. It's all about M&A, making promises to the people and reneging on those promises to keep the technology and shed the people. You have to start caring about everyone and not just throwing money at those on top. The chatter internally is about the toxic work place.
