It means a lot that we Celebrate Success; it's one of our core values. I appreciate that we celebrate work anniversaries each month as well as milestones (5, 10, 15, etc. years with the company). We also celebrate new additions to our families, such as having children, adopting pets, etc.

People are inclusive, friendly and usually want to strike a balance between doing great work and having fun while doing it. There are some who work crazy hours, but I've never personally felt pressurised to be one of those people
