What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a smaller, more nimble company that allows me the freedom to do more, the pay is equivalent (and great) when compared to the larger companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is already incredibly welcoming and positive, but it realizes it isn't perfect, and has taken steps to understand how and become a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The science being done at flexion, and the way that its communicated in an easy to understand manner makes me excited about working with my team and on my projects because I can conceptualize the importance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really lives up to the core Flexion values. Perhaps at the forefront though, is the transparency they have with their employees. The transparency modeled by the leadership allows employees to trust the leadership.
