I really like the small company feel. I think the tools that are given to us to sell are great. We have team meetings every other week and daily team texts that keep us motivated and allow for questions, experience sharing. I love this job honestly.

What I like the best about The leadership team at Flexion is that they are approachable, they implement ideas from all levels, transparency and are quick to communicate any changes. They listen to their employees and take action.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was on hold for many months because of COVID. My manager kept in contact with me every 2 weeks which I appreciated. I liked that I got to interview with all levels of the company
What makes you most happy at work?
Zilretta is such a novel drug, a lot of my territory has no experience with it so educating on it is exciting and I feel like I’m making a difference in patients lives. It is helping patients tremendously little by little,
