Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Zilretta is a solid product that is a first and only and therefore meets an un-met need. Goals are high but attainable. Base pay is competitive and the IC opportunities are significant. Colleagues are tenured professionals that are willing to help.

I feel I am compensated fairly from a base pay standpoint and the IC dollars available are significant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is open, welcoming, challenging, and inclusive. There is a mutual respect and a team approach to business.

I appreciate: the transparency, the pro-active nature, out of the box thinking, ability to react quickly to an ever changing environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly, it is hard to answer this question due to COVID. My opportunities to interact in person are few and ZOOM/virtual interactions have limitations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Introducing or educating providers and/or staff about the clinical benefits of Zilretta. The challenge of working with the total office to establish protocols and increase access to my providers and their patients. I Love hearing the success stories.
