Transparency is a value at Flexion. Our CEO, Mike Clayman is honest and forthcoming with the information he shares with the whole company on a monthly basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my salary is below market value for biopharma. This is surprising in such a competitive industry. There are other benefits that Flexion provides that keep me from making a change.
