Overall I'm very happy at Flexion. Good people, interesting work, and opportunities to sit at the table. The past year has been hard and workload has been very tough. I struggle with managing my own workload, so part of it is my issue but finding balance is the toughest part.

Getting things done, working with a good team

Base pay and bonus, plus high deductible health plan
What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally everyone is pretty low ego and just wants to get good work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team is transparent (as much as they can be), direct, lead by example, and seem to care about us as people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally people are easy to work with and there's not a ton of drama. Of course there is always some politics anywhere, but it's fairly low.
