I like the car package. That way is can be tailored to our territory and environment. Our bonus structure is also fair.

We know that we are all in this together. Our goal is for the company to succeed. When this happens, we all succeed together.

The leadership team at Flexion Therapeutics does everything they can to go above and beyond to make sure they retain their employees. Throughout the year that has changed the world with COVID, the leadership team has made the employees feel confident knowing that we are in this for the long haul.
