FLexion works hard to keep our health care affordable and I appreciate the 401k match. I believe the company works hard to compensate in a very competitive way
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team mates are willing to share their expertise and best practices. Also, cross functionally the different departments are amazing whenever I interact with them. As a sales representative in the field, it is invaluable to have such confidence in the other departments
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong leadership from the top during the pandemic and I'm thankful they found a way to retain talent and that they allowed a regional approach for timing of in-person meetings. Leadership is ethical and transparent. I also report directly to one of the best leaders in my career
