Forward thinkers but chaotic and unorganized. Workflow/load is very ambiguous, lots of things slip through the cracks.

Getting things done. Making progress. Growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is inclusive and non-judgemental.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible/unlimited PTO and paid insurance. The insurance isn't super great but it's something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open to communication and feedback. Nice, want to do good, caring and thoughtful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Is was interesting and thought provoking. Maybe a little long for a simple associates role.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's just SO many meetings that don't go anywhere. They're not super constructive. I think there needs to be more decision makers.
