What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus incentives for employees
Unlimited PTO, very good pay.
Flexible, dont pay for insurance. Have stock options. I dont know what else I could ask for.

Flexible/unlimited PTO and paid insurance. The insurance isn't super great but it's something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity is valued at very little and the restructuring of the RSU schedule after the Shopify aquisition was far from acceptable.
I would say being able to discuss my salary

Flexport should be more observant with their facilities and partnerships especially with Biagi! Too Often warehouse managers are given too much freedom resulting in breaking labor laws, and overall unprofessional conduct! As long as our warehouse managers are to do as they please us employees suffer

There's just SO many meetings that don't go anywhere. They're not super constructive. I think there needs to be more decision makers.
Coworkers can be very opinionated and if bring a divergent opinion it is not appreciated.

Inclusive and transparent. Caring for each other, empathetic

there is a lot for flexibility and I find management to be very understanding
everyone wants to see the success of their colleagues and the company
Working at home. When we were in the office it was way to crowded and lacked privacy.

Is was interesting and thought provoking. Maybe a little long for a simple associates role.
It was quite fast and I got to meet a lot of the team. In addition, a lot of the analysis was data based.
