Terrible leadership. They promote big egos. Will fire you if they dont like you rather than based on performance. Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. Human resources is useless.

This place harbors bullies with awful managers and directors. HR is useless. Executives are all stuck-ups and have no clue how the industry works and couldn't care less about employees. Lots of sexism, discrimination and they're constantly getting rid of good staff. No one cares anymore. To avoid!

Stop playing favoritism. Stop intimidating your employees.

They need serious ethics classes. Totally dishonest corporate people and policies!

Similar to what other companies give.

They only promote by preference. If you have an affinity with a director, you'll get promoted even if you're not qualified for the position. If you work hard and speak your mind, they will fire you.

Serious top to bottom changes.

Respect, team spirit, fun but dedicated people.

Great people, commited and hard working. Great team spirit prior to covid.

Ethics classes are more then necessary.

Nothing I can think of. It's a fake "awesome culture"

There is no culture. It's and eat or be eaten world.

Corporate people and policy revisions to be more honest. Total sham.

Knowledgeable and effective they hire great people.

Remove a few people from highe up management
