Terrible leadership. They promote big egos. Will fire you if they dont like you rather than based on performance. Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. Human resources is useless.
This place harbors bullies with awful managers and directors. HR is useless. Executives are all stuck-ups and have no clue how the industry works and couldn't care less about employees. Lots of sexism, discrimination and they're constantly getting rid of good staff. No one cares anymore. To avoid!
