Being honest and helpful. They use subterfuges to avoid refunds when they are due. Last time I will ever use them.

Transparency on the website: when changing the return flight from one that is recommended it changes a round trip to two one way trips and doesn't explain this ever! When cancelling you may only cancel one part and then loose the other part of trip.
