I have worked for Fluke for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years it has changed so drastically that they are loosing people because of the negative way the management treats them. Before Fortive took over it was not like this.

Caring about their employees instead of just treating them like a number. Treating employees with respect and courtesy. Act like a human instead of a robot.
