Previous members listened and worked with me
Transparent, employee friendly and has a great vision for the company. Provides employees with lot of opportunities for career growth as well. Everyone is treated fairly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Decide if you want high growth - if so, invest in it, if not structure your org and their goals around what you're actually willing to invest in.
Stop puting each employee against each other for their own benefits.
care about employees more and not work them to death with longer hours.
Communication, treating people like people instead of a numbered robot, give the pay people deserve, recognize the people you have for advancement instead of always outside people, care about people and recognize they have a life other than work. The list goes on and on.....
Caring about their employees instead of just treating them like a number. Treating employees with respect and courtesy. Act like a human instead of a robot.

Stocks Bonus and high salary
Every since Fortive has taken over it has went downhill. And continues to.... We've all spoken to management about what we need but they don't care. Compensation is a joke. They don't even keep up with what average wages are in the area. Which tells us they don't truly care or value their employees
Totally undervalued. Almost everyone there is.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leaving the drama out of the workday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Each line coach or supervisor need to be fair across the work enviroment. I've witnessed discrimination and favoritism amongst hispanic higher authority. They'd favor the hispanic employees to get more breaks or rewarded more than other races.

Actually stop planning , replanning and planning again - and actually try things

I've been here too long and seen so many negative changes but mostly just how much we are underpaid and undervalued.
The quality of the products is declining.
