I was asked actual questions instead of reading from a paper. They wanted to know me and what capabilities I had. No written plastic format.

My potencial manager and one of the employees under him interviewed me. I was able to ask questions of an employee doind what I would be doing. I was layed off by my last employer and the current employer called them and asked for recommendations for Cray operators. My name was given, they called me
