We are always kept abreast of changes in procedure or workplace environment. We are never in the dark. Money is always avaulable for classes to improve our knowledge of the Information we need to do our jobs and we are fairly compensated

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get away from the good ole boys mentality

Being honest and transparent. Lead from the front. Putting effective leaders in leadership positions, those that can interact and lead their teams on day to day basis.

They need to get better at Communication

Training on pesnal communication skills and leadership

Focus on the right thing. Focus on cost, not headcount. One head count cost in North America is equivalent to 5 headcount in Asia. Focus on cutting where it will cause the least damage to capabilities but with maximum impact to cost. Cut cost not talent and capability.

Holding those who make mistakes accountable at all levels of the organization. There are very few leaders, mainly yes-men and those who are unqualified to hold managerial positions
