There is a lot of care put into employees being paid fairly.
I believe it is fair and equitable.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very collaborative and nice.
There isn't a "not my job" or "that's the way we've done in the past" attitude.
Our team is diverse and inclusive and quite possibly some of the best people I have ever worked with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
remote first, flexible working arrangements, core business hours of 10-1PM, PT
Mission-driven employees and leadership and the team always has fun with each other
Work/life balance and the mission-driven values.
Lots of light, dog-friendly, collaborative teams and most importantly, rampant humor.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were multiple teams part of the process. Shows Fluxx's interest in ensuring the buy-in from diverse departments to ensure the right fit.
Every interviewee was nice and accommodating
I got to meet a cross-section of different departments.
