Collaborative, relaxed, fun, mission-driven. It makes for a great place to go to every day.
Overall, since the new CEO joined in late 2017, the experience has been amazing and everyone feels positive about the work they are doing and the impact they are making in the social sector.
By far the best professional experience I've ever had.

If I weren't to say the great difference that Fluxx is making through it's vision and philantropy then I would definitely go with the people; and the culture of which fluxx is glued and so strongly held up together by.

Sometimes it can prove to be difficult, but I do believe that any arduous experiences we do have are never so impossible when our team is so heavily in this together.
