Collaborative, relaxed, fun, mission-driven. It makes for a great place to go to every day.
Overall, since the new CEO joined in late 2017, the experience has been amazing and everyone feels positive about the work they are doing and the impact they are making in the social sector.
By far the best professional experience I've ever had.

How much diversity is there among employees at Fluxx?
more than I would've expected, usually there's no women in a tech workforce but Fluxx proves otherwise and is comparatively accepting
What's the office layout like at Fluxx?
The layout is pretty nice and convenient as the entire 4th floor is used with ample space for meetings or for personal reasons
What unique perks and benefits does Fluxx provide?
Lots of team events as well as charity/ philanthropic type community service ones.
