What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's awesome to work with such a welcoming team
Collaborative and caring while respecting their team
They always keep you engaged and in the loop. I feel like i can walk in to my CEO's office with an opinion, and at the very least, engage in a debate/conversation regarding the topic. They are very empowering, willing to let you run your own ship while still providing guidance and goals.
The leadership team treats everyone equally and values the opinions and contributions of every team member.
Innovative, focused and fair. Great strategy and values hard work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being present in the workplace: physically, mentally and emotionally. Defining clear goals for the company to work towards and not change them every quarter when previous ones were failed to be reached. Having clear and transparent communication. Owning mistakes. Listening to feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It comes with a bonus
The commission structure for my role is very fair.

More flexible benefit package especially for US

My team is super supportive
Smart, respectful and eager to help
Great people to work with who are very talented
Very smart and capable people.
Everyone is very collaborative. Being in a space between a start up and full enterprise, there is still a feeling that we all have stake in the company and success and that fosters a culture of creativity, helping, and achievement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's really accommodating and flexible
Flexible and good balance between work and life for young parents
It's great - very warm and open.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being aware that there is a lack of it to begin with due to unclear goals and ineffective leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really informative and detailed
Fluid and not formal with only 2 people
Interesting questions and got to meet executives during the interview.
Solid - not too long but gave you a good idea of the job and they made sure to ask tough questions.

No micro management and easy to reach out
Being able to actually see tangible results and feel that you are a factor and contributing to success. I know that my daily role genuinely has an impact on the future of the company and that is rewarding.
Interacting with the team and working on projects that I am passionate about.
